A Bachelor of Arts in Music degree is designed for students who want to focus on music as part of a broader education but do not necessarily plan to teach music or perform professionally after graduation. Coursework includes a general education core curriculum as well as upper-division courses in musicianship and history as well as private and ensemble performance.
