Be an instrumental figure in early childhood education with a degree in K-5 Integrated studies.
The integrated studies K-5 program prepares teachers in the major subject areas taught in kindergarten through fifth grade classrooms:English/language arts, science, social studies and mathematics. Field experiences are also included in the program so candidates receive real-world experience in an elementary classroom. Teacher licensure is accredited at both the state and national levels through the Tennessee State Board of Education and the Council for Accreditation of Educator Preparation.
“My favorite thing at UT Martin is the scenery! The quad is actually a registered arboretum! ”
