The Leadership Minor is a 15-hour program designed to prepare students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to educate, engage, lead, and serve in a diverse world. Regardless of the setting, being an effective and ethical leader is important and challenging. Our curriculum will equip students to demonstrate initiative, creatively address problems, and lead with a strong ethical foundation.
