The Accessibility Resource Center welcomes you to the University of Tennessee at Martin. Our office has been charged with the responsibility of ensuring equal access for all qualified students with disabilities. We do this by providing or coordinating a range of reasonable accommodations that meet the student's needs, according to the unique impact of his/her disability. Emotional Support Animal Information and Policy
The University of Tennessee at Martin (UTM) recognizes the importance of Service Animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA) and the broader category of Assistance Animals as defined by the Fair Housing Act under the US. Department of Housing and Urban Development that provide support for people with disabilities.

Accommodation Appeal Process
Accommodations are approved or denied within the Accessibility Resource Center (731-881-7195). To appeal a denial of accommodation, a student may appeal to the Manager of the Accessibility Resource Center and UT Martin Testing Center.
